[b]职位描述[/b]：
Job Description:
1.Assess the availability of candidates to fill our vacancies from the job market through Web Search, Job fair, other channels,etc;
2.Prepare advertisements with clearly defined JD and requirements;
3.Issue job advertisement to the effective adverting media selected;
4.Continually record and review the availability of candidate sources for advertised media, different job fairs,etc;
5.Coordinate and expedite the recruitment activities cycle from the pre-screening, interview, assessment and confirmation of potential candidates;
6.Collect market compensation and benefits packages for the various job categories at engineering and supervisory level. Organize and present the information for C & B proposals;

[b]Requirement[/b]:
1.University graduate;
2.3 years experiences in recruitment;
3.Hi-tech manufacturing of electronic components;
4.Recruitment planning and people selection skills;
5.HRM training;
6.CET4 or above.
