[b]职位描述[/b]:
[b]Purpose [/b]
To provide HR administration and transactional support across channels, segments and centres of excellence, working as an experienced member of the HR team. The jobholder is an experienced HR Administrator who leads by example, has a good eye for detail and enjoys working with systems and data. As well as undertaking incoming tasks, the jobholder champions process improvement, continually seeks to be innovative and identify cost effective ways to enhance the existing levels of customer service and satisfaction
[b]Key Responsibilities[/b]
Help the regional recruiter to arrange the interview/test, other recruiting administration related tasks maybe required.
Draft and issue offer letters and contracts of employment as requested by HR Advisor.
Prepare general letters and employment documentation in accordance with standard templates, ensuring content is accurate and relevant to the circumstances.
Complete forms for Oracle system and pass to Systems Administrators for input.
Generate redundancy/severance calculations and associated paperwork.
Prepare international assignment and remuneration documentation as requested by the HR Advisor.
Help to organise and carry out the HR induction of new employee.
Ensure all employee documentation is filed correctly.
Implement and review HR process with HR Advisor.
Actively source and share HR and business knowledge across the HR team.
Co-ordinate with HR service vendors and related government unit to ensure smoothly HR operation.
[b]Professional Experience / Qualifications [/b]
2 years + HR administration experience;
Good knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation;
Good oral and writing English;
Intermediate/Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Has experience of working to deadlines and the ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
A proactive approach to duties, continually looking at ways to improve administration processes & encouraging others to do so.
