You enter your resumes into TalentSpring. You then pick the exact job category you work in, such as: “Computer/Internet > Programmer > Language > Java” or “Nurse > RN”. yctdh @3J_
After you enter your resume, you cast votes. Each vote is on a pair of resumes in your same job category. You pick which of these two other candidates is better – better in the sense of which resume the typical employer is more likely to bring them into an interview.
