[size=3][color=#000000][font=Arial]The position is for a Research Specialist in the Formulation Science Lab in [/font][font=Arial]China[/font][font=Arial]. You will be part of a multifunctional global team of researchers who have responsibility for development of new product options for company.
Examples of potential projects include development of new cleaning and personal care formulations, new coatings and adhesive formulations, new applications of polymer dispersions, rapid proto-typing of materials for new applications, etc.

[size=3][color=#000000][font=Arial]The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of formulation science in a broad variety of in the areas including coatings, cleaning, personal care, adhesives, et. Experience in structure-property relationships as it relates to physical properties and compatibilization is critical to this role. Knowledge of interfacial science, colloids and emulsions, polymer additives, materials science and/or polymer chemistry are also desirable skills for this role.
Experience in organic / polymeric synthesis is helpful.
The candidate must have strong desire to develop new product options for a wide variety of businesses.
