招募IT行业researcher，顾问
工作职责：
1、分析客户需求、制定人才寻访计划并付诸实施；
2、对候选人进行候选人评估和推荐，面试辅导和项目跟进；
3、搜集行业信息；
任职资格：
1、全日制大专以上学历；
2、良好的沟通、执行、分析、判断能力；
3、勤奋、好学、悟性高，善于进行信息处理，有很强的探索能力，有很强的韧性和忍耐力，能够独立开展工作；
4、2年以下工作经验。做过招聘或猎头公司任职经验者优先考虑；
5、标准的普通话，英语读写熟练。
6、为人正直。
