[b]职位描述[/b]:
[b]Responsibility[/b]:
1, Professionally manage the recruitment function to continuously improve the quality of staff, to meet the resourcing requirements through innovative and cost effective manner.
2, Partnering with operational managers to provide quality recruitment services and supports to meet resourcing needs
3, To ensure that employee selections and appointments are carried out in a structured and systematic approach to meet HR policy and managed in a cost effective way to meet time requirement.
4, To use selection methodology to determine candidate’s fit to role through structured interviews that are based on core competencies and behavioral based questions
5, Determine methodology for sourcing of candidates such as advertisement, job web site and search firm
6,Planning and implement of recruitment events; co-ordinate and control on college relations projects.
[b]Requirement[/b]:
1, Bachelor degree or above
2,Good command of Mandarin and English (oral & written)
3,8 years experience in HR related area of which 3 years specializing in recruitment is required.
4,Good communication and interpersonal skills
5,Strong PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
6,Able to work efficiently with senior business leader
7,Mature, independent and strong sense of responsibility
8,Preferably with prior experience in an executive search firm.
9,Dynamic and resourceful
10,Good cross cultural understanding, preferably with MNC exposure
