[b]Job Description[/b]:
— Recruit quality employees for SYKES in PRC by conducting various stages of selections which involve liaising with the advertising agencies, screening the applications, scoring tests, conducting interviews and nominating suitable short-list candidates to the line managers in compliance with Corporate policies & procedures；
— Communication with line managers to update recruiting requirements;
— Develop a pool of potential candidates;

[b]Requirements[/b]:
-Above college degree, majoring in Human Resource, English, Phychology or related discipline;
-About 1 year recruiting experience gained from multi-national company or JV;
-Having strong interest in and commitment to HR function ;
-Familiar with Chinese labor rules and regulations;
-Independent working capability and highly responsible ;
-Mature, with warm personality, good interpersonal and presentation skills;
-Highly energetic and self-motivated;
-Fluent spoken and written English;
