[b]Reponsibilities[/b]:
-In charge of the whole company's recruitment management.
-Responsible for the whole recruiting process including ads posting, precreening resumes, telephone interviews, face to face interviews and actively searching potential candidates.
-To find the suitable candidates on time according to the teams' urgent demands.
[b]Requirements[/b]:
-At least 3 years working experience in recruiting related.
-We prefer the candidate to have some knowledge about IT industry and IT technology.
-High efficience and sence of responsibility.
-Good ability to search and find right candidates.
-Good communication skills both in English and in Chinese.
-Have some experience in headhunting industry is a plus
