始建于1996 年的ICD Security Solutions是一家在中国地区，包括香港、台湾在内，运营的全外资公司。作为大中华地区最大的系统集成商，除设为总部的北京以外，ICD Security Solutions在上海，深圳，大连，厦门，广州，成都都设有分公司。

[b]Key Responsibilities[/b]:
1, Human capital allocation: establish annual recruitment plan; improve recruitment process; implement recruitment activities and organize interviews throughout China (including HQ and 6-branchs)
2, Be responsible for the new employees’ registration management and demission management
3，Training Management: draft annual training plan; design and organize training: including ICD orientation system, technical training, management training, personal development training and English training etc.;
4, Employee Relationship: including employee birthday, employee activities, annual health check and management meeting etc.

[b]Requirement[/b]:
1，Bachelor degree required.
2，Minimum 3 years recruiting and training experience in a high-tech corporate environment;
3，Ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self directed. Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
4，PC proficiency in MS office, including Word and Excel.
5，Experience with recruiting information and recruiting channel
