[b]职位描述[/b]：
[b]RESPONSIBILITIES[/b]:
-Acts as a Strategic Partner with Department Managers in conducting needs analysis.
-Notified applicants of consideration or rejection; interviews those selected that meet organization’s qualifications. Informs candidates of job’s duties/responsibilities, compensation and benefits programs, work schedule/conditions, career advancement opportunities, etc.
-Arranges for interviews and travel/lodging of selected applicants and company’s expense, as necessary.
-Speaks with/to a variety of external contacts including Employment Agencies to provide information regarding job possibilities and career opportunities.
-Conducts and scores, or arranges for, testing of applicants; records results and other relevant information
-Performs reference and background checks.
-Prepares and extends job offers; prepares and/or authorizes appropriate paperwork.
-Participates in the design and placement of employment advertising.
-Benefits – Communicates and interprets all benefit changes and policies. Educates associates about their benefits and coordinates open enrollment periods.
-HRIS Reporting – Compiles statistical reports for departments. Has working knowledge of many software packages.
-Project Management – Participates in team projects that address strategic initiatives as directed by the HR Manager.
[b]REQUIREMENTS [/b]
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; and two years experience in HR related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in R&D or Engineering environment is desired. Ability to read, write, and speak English are required
