[b]职位描述[/b]：
[b]Job Responsibilities[/b]:
·Update JDs and work with functional department for the designing of JD for new positions
·Preparation of recruitment ads for required positions.Maintain the recruitment ads system. Ensure recruitment channel effectiveness to maximize recruiting efficiency
·Participate in job analysis for new positions.Associate designing interview guide, developing talent assessment tool and improving recruitment process
·Source qualified individuals, screening resumes, interviewing and assessing candidates and providing advice to HR Manager to ensure quality hiring
·Prepare interview report;Document candidate profiles and evaluation report
·Associate with HR Manager to widen channel for recruitment and develop stronger internal and external staffing channels to build a key talent pool
·Prepare for Hiring Process for new employee
·Maintain and update Recruiting Management System
·Maintain a daily working relationship with managers on HR matters including recruitment concerns,extension or release of probationary period,contract renewal etc.
[b]Qualification Requirements[/b]:
·Bachelor degree or above
·3+ years related experiences in MNC
·Familiar with labor law
·Knowledge of automotive industry is preferred
·Excellent English skills(oral & written)and good computer operation skills
·Excellent problem solving skills
·Demonstrated excellent teamwork spirit and interpersonal skill
·Self motivated and willing to work under pressure
