[b]Job responsibilities[/b]:
- Administer HR policies and ensure all employee programs are in compliance with the labor laws and regulations.
- Responsible for non-managerial employee recruitment in Mainland China. Including searching for different hiring channels, candidate interviewing, reference check, offering and follow up.
- Conduct the new employee orientation.
- Maintain and update the employee information records and personnel documents
- Strengthen the internal staff communication, make sure the smooth employee relationship and collaboration atmosphere.
- Participate in working out and implementation the company’s talent retention plan.
- Other projects or assignments per requisition
[b]Requirements[/b]:
- College diploma or above with major in human resources management or other related field
- At least 3- 5 years recruitment experiences in human resources functional management, have industrial experience is highly preferred
- Familiar with Chinese labor laws and regulations
- Good command of English ability, both in oral and written
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- High personal integrity and commitment to ethical behavior
- Good team player, willing to share information and help others
