[b]职位描述[/b]：
Senior Recruitment Officer
[b]Responsibilities[/b]:
Identify and implement new sourcing strategies to achieve staffing objectives
Establish networks and contacts to generate candidate flow through employee referrals, direct calling into competitor companies, group research, news groups and the use of Internet resources
Key coordinator for all recruiting related activities across China
Work with hiring managers on offers and coordinate the offer process.
Maintain and communicate divisional staffing statistics and provide status reports
Help assimilate new hires for the first 90 days beyond new hire orientation
[b]Qualifications[/b]:
5 years working experience in recruitment in hi-tech industry
Bachelor degree holder in HR or relevant education background
Excellent communication skill and fluent in English and Mandarin
Willing to travel when necessary
Always can do attitude
