It’s about time that Contract Recruiters and the recruiting industry in general come together to “professionalize” the business of “Contract Recruiting”.  Sure, there are many Associations and Groups providing some pieces of the needed education and networking that help Contract Recruiters improve their professional efforts.  However, it does not seem like the industry has taken “contract recruiting” seriously and realized the magnitude of the opportunity to provide Contract Recruiters with a complete solution for on-going education, personal benefit solutions, and more.AWxr,e

OK, maybe it’s a dream that is just a dream.  But why can’t we Contract Recruiters band together to improve our industry and our futures?  What would you add to the above list to “Professionalize” the Contract Recruiting industry?

The recruitment corporate staffing profession is in crisis....The companies do not take these roles very seriously and nor do they take Talent Seriously.i_6k5\N,@`F5p
