[b]职位描述[/b]：
[b]Responsibility[/b]:
To recruit needed competences in primarily Engineering Services but also support factories within APAC. With special focus, but not only, on higher level of Engineering and Project Management. To be n constant contact with global job market and recruitment companies. To provide competent candidates to recruiting manager, by skillful selection based on Role Description and other specifications.
[b]Qualification[/b]:
* University Degree or above, major in relevant HR;
* Good knowledge of Labor Law and related laws;
* Good knowledge of personality & capability test tools;
* At least 7 years working experience in HR area, 5 years recruitment experience in international environment, 3 years recruitment experience of engineers and project managers;
* Fluent English both in written, spoken, understanding and reading;
* Multicultural comfortable.
