[b]Responsibility[/b]:
-Lead a team of recruiters to source, map and screen potential candidates using headhunting methods, on-line websites and print media.
-Ensure team targets are achieved, manage assignments and liaise with hiring manager for job requirements.
-Coordinate with regional staffing teams on interviewing processes.
-Assign assignments to recruiters, develop sourcing strategy and search methodology
[b]Qualification[/b]:
-3-5 years exp in recruitment
-Strong process mindset, assertive, confident
-Good at consultative selling & Strong presentation skills
-Customer-oriented and ability to build strong relationships
-Good team player
-Flexible, independent and able to work under pressure and uncertainties
-Good English and native Mandarin
