[b]职位描述[/b]：
Partner Manager / Alliances Manager to recruit new partners and manage an existing network.
[b]Responsibilities[/b]:
* Responsible for technical operational support for Alliance Partner.
* Act as the Alliance Partner customer relationship manager.
* Field/Manage non-incident related operational and technology support interactions.
* Promote Worksoft outsourcing services at the highest level of the corporate, practice, and technology groups
* Develop and manage strategic partners business plan
* Drive revenue through strategic partners and achieve assigned revenue quota
* Provide forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting
* Localize and manage programs globally
* Direct support activities across multiple platforms & environments.
* Interface. directly with senior management on projects and initiatives.
* Manage multiple projects and other related activities.
* Recruit Consultants for ESC department
[b]Qualifications[/b]:
* Relevant Bachelors degree preferred.
* If no degree, at least 3 to 5 years Technical and Customer Service experience.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, which includes managing multiple issues.
* Broad knowledge of system and technology alternatives.
* Project Management experience- having managed multiple projects.
* Strong enterprise software sales background, minimum of 2 years
* Strong e-Business software sales background, minimum of 2 years
* Minimum of 3 years sales, business development, channel marketing, or product management experience in the Federal marketplace
* Account management, channel marketing, product management or business development in the Internet, on-line publishing, or enterprise software sectors
* Proven performance selling in or with consulting organizations
* Must be capable of managing strategic plans with partner and company executives
* Excellent verbal and written skills.
[b]Language[/b]:
* Fluent in speaking and writing English
* Minimum CET-6 Certified required
