[b]Major Responsibilities[/b]:
-Update and maintains C&B related information to ensure the performance of C&B service.
-Conduct and participate in C&B surveys and do analysis.
-Responsible for implementation of benefits programs and communication with employees.
-Interacts with external consultants and government agencies to update market information
-Assist HR manager with annual salary review.
-Participate in develop and revise C&B programs.
-Participate in recruiting new employees for manufacturing.

[b]Qualification Requirement[/b]:
-Bachelor’s Degree is must.
-Working Experience:
At least 3 years experience in C&B in multi-national companies.
-Job-related Knowledge & Skills:
Good command of C&B practices and processes
High proficiency computer skills and good command of English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Personal Attributes:
High commitment to career development, integrity and self-discipline
Numerate; Show good initiative;
Customer focused
