Business Unit Description:
IBM Solution & Services Co. Ltd. (ISSC) is the wholly owned company invested by IBM in China. The main business scopes cover all kinds of application services related to IT technology. The offshore software development outsourcing service is the core business, which focus on the application development and management, web services, system integration, software engineering and business process outsourcing, etc.
[b]Job Description[/b]:
- Be accountable to fulfill responsible business unit's hiring with quality by required time line
- Lead location level recruitement projects
- Understand business resource plan and recuiting requirement
- Define target recruitement group and appropriate sourcing channels
- Post and promote job opportunities
- Screed CVs and conduct interview
- Advise management team on recruitment guideline, offering proposal
- Track and report hiring statistics
- Monitor and improve recruitment process
[b]Qualifications[/b]:
With all the required skill
[b]Desired Experience[/b]:
- Leading university graduates with major in IT related or management related
- 3-5 years recruitment experience in multinational company in IT industry
- Proficient communication skills in English and Japanese as an advance
- Software application development technical knowledge and experience preferrable
- Analytical thinking, reliable work quality, proactive working style, good team player
