The HR CEO
There was this conventional myth, that when the time came for a departement head to be prome as a CEO, HR heads were always invariably the last choice. The clear cut favorites were the Sales/Marketing heads or the Finance heads. ~P QI&y7F+d&C
But the scene in India is changing. With more HR heads inducted on the board of directors, the conversion ratio to a CEO is also increasing.

Statistics show that last year, In US about 15% of H Heads sat in the CEO's chair.The number in India uis about 2%, which analysts believe will increase in the near future.
