◇ 协助开发人才，协助制定人力资源规划。
◇ 制定年度招聘计划及费用预算。
◇ 执行招聘，进行聘前测试和简历的甄别。负责初试、选择和安置工作。
◇ 向进行招聘的管理人员提供政策，程序和规范方面的培训及指导。
◇ 安排招聘广告或寻求招聘机构服务。
◇ 完成领导交办的其他各项工作。
[b]岗位要求[/b]
◇ 人力资源管理、心理学或相关专业大专以上学历；
◇ 5年以上人力资源管理或招聘经验。
◇ 受过现代人力资源管理技术、劳动法规等方面的培训。
◇ 能熟练使用办公软件,具有一定的计划、组织、协调能力和人际交往能力。具有高度的团队协作精神；
◇ 具有团队合作精神。
◇ 良好的英语应用能力。
