Business Unit Description
The IBM Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Organization is charged with building the most advanced and cost-effective on demand supply chain in the industry to enable IBM to gain market share, grow revenue and profit, improve cash flow,and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Strategic Imperatives :
Drive focus, flexibility, quality and cost competitiveness
Complete the rollout of core strategic IT processes
Extend supply chain principles to our labor-based businesses
Provide industry-leading solutions integration and delivery capability
[b]Job Description[/b]
1.Align business and human resource objectives
2.Build a strong business partnership with departmental managers and act as a point of contact and advisor on HR policies and procedures
3.Provide strategic business support on a full range of HR matters that include talent managemenr, recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits across the Asia Pacific
4.Coach and assist business units heads on employee relations and performance management.
[b]Qualifications [/b]
Related bachelor Degree or above
[b]Desired Experience[/b]
1.At least 5 years of Asia Pacific Regional HR generalist experience in multinational companies
2.Possess good consulting and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with people at all level
3.A proactive self starter with strong motivation and ethusiasm to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
