[b]Job Description[/b]:
- Direct and lead the recruitment team for continuous performance improvement.
- Analyze the recruitment requests and work out a strategic recruiting plan
- Improve the recruitment effectiveness with the aspects in employee fit, commitment, retention and cost saving
- Responsible for full process of experienced hire or campus recruiting, including sourcing, test administration, interviewing, selection and reporting activities.
- Handle and improve the internal job posting process
- Establish relationship with the recruitment agency / unit for searching more effective recruitment channels and keep the candidate pool lively.
- Enhancing continuous improvements on recruitment efforts to ensure the company to recruit the qualified staff regarding the skills, competencies, experience for coping with the company development strategy.
[b]Qualification[/b]:
- At least 5 years recruiting experience and at least 2years managerial level position
- Good command of English (speaking, listening, writing).
- Bachelor or above degree holder
- Highly motivate, high energy, self-directed, detail-oriented, team work,
- Enthusiastic, positive and good sense of service
- Quick learner, adaptable and flexible, initiative and solid judgment abilities
