[b]职位描述[/b]：
SUMMARY/NATURE OF ROLE:
The executions and successful closure of assignments in Shanghai or other locations in China. Report to Project leader or Consultant.

[b]POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES[/b]:
- Identify target companies & candidates based on clients' job profile
- Candidate searching, selecting, interview, evaluation and write the report to client
- Control the consulting service process quality
- Communicate with client smoothly. Develop and manage client relationship
- Effort to reach quarter and annual achievement target

[b]Requirement[/b]
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Above 2 years recruiting or Sales experience in chemical, electronics, electric, pharmaceutical and consumer goods industry experience.
- Passionate, Mature, Teamwork spirit, and good social ability.
- Can work independently and under pressure
- Willing to communicate with other people. Good communication skills.
- Good English skills both in spoken and in written.
- Good computer skills with Microsoft Office.
