[b]职位描述[/b]：
[b]Job Description[/b]:
1.Implement the effective recruiting program to meet business need.
2.Conduct the interviews and reference checks.
3.Explore and recommend the most effective methods/sources of recruiting.
4.Conduct Job analysis, competency model, etc.
5.Work with other departments to improve recruiting work and keep good communication with them.
6.Complete all recruiting related report.
7.Some supportive work for other functions in HR when necessary.
[b]Requirements[/b]:
1.Bachelor degree or above. HRM major is preferred.
2.At least 2 years of recruiting experiences in IT company or well known firms.
3.Proficient in written and spoken English.
4.Good MS Office operation skills.
5.Good communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to work under great pressure.
6.Proactive, open-minded. Should be a good team player.
7.Sharp observation, good analytical skills, high efficiency.
