A leading famous US company is looking for a Senior professional Recruiter to join its fast growing business in China.
[b]Responsibilities[/b]:
-- Participate in corporate annual staffing planning
-- Interact with BU heads to support the staffing projects
-- Manage and handle recruitment channels including job fair, campus recruiting, headhunters, internal posting, etc.
-- Conduct interviews and coordinate with line management to recruit people according to the budget
-- Review recruitment policies and processes
-- Cooperate with other HR professionals
[b]Qualifications[/b]:
-- University degree or above in relevant disciplines
-- 5 years of HR management experience with MNCs focusing on staffing
-- Familiar with recruitment tools
-- Strong communication and coordination skills
-- Good English
