MacMahon said Mr Carroll, who will take up his new position in November, replaces Rick Blair who is retiring at the end of September.AfJ s}

Woodside's chief executive Don Voelte said Mr Carroll had made a valuable contribution during his time at Woodside and the oil and gas company appreciated him staying while it considered the appointment of a new CFO.
