职位职责=：
1.Budget and achieve annual sales and profit plan.
2.Develop product strategy and formulate tactical plans for marketing and sales activities.
3.Prepare sales tools such as product introduction (application, strength and benefit), competitive analysis, tender specification, brochure website and advertisement etc.
4.Train and coach sales, application specialist and distributors regularly.
5.Implement and monitor market promotion activities such as promotional campaigns, exhibition, seminar, advertisement, workshop etc.
6.New product launch and identify new opportunities to drive growth and market presence.
7.Support key account and key product sales.
8.Provide sales with application and solution advice to satisfy customer needs and expectations.
9.Collaborate with sales manager to identify of key opinion leader in related market and keep high-level relationship.

应聘要求=：
Qualifications
Essential
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (B. Sc or equivalent)
Desirable
- Formal qualifications in management and marketing
Experience
Essential
- Minimum 3 years proven successful experience in sales and marketing in China life science market
- Reference from min. 3 customers or industry
Desirable
- Min. 3 years protein separation experience in life science laboratory Marketing experience

- Organization of marketing event.
- Positive, proactive approach to getting things done.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to present to broad audiences of various levels.

- Computing competence with current PC system.
