[b]Job responsibilities[/b]:
·Provide HR recruitment service to meet the fast expansion of the Company.
·Coordinate and follow up plant-wide manpower plan to ensure recruitment plans and schedules complied with all company policies and procedures.
·Set up and optimize sourcing, recruiting and selecting procedures to ensure efficiency, cost reduction and selecting suitable and sufficient applicants.
·Handle employee communication such as exit interview, problem interview, employee complaints.
[b]Job requirement[/b]:
·College graduated.
·Three years recruitment experience in foreign company, one-year working experience in manufacturing industry is must.
·Good communication skill and good English and PC literature.
·Work independently, willing to work under pressure.
