Requirements:
1、BS/BA degree or equivalent experience;
2、At least 4 years HR working experience including 3 years recruitment working experience, prefer working in Publishing&Software Company or Headhunter company.
3、Has solid interviewing and organizational skills.
4、Communicates easily and fluently with all kinds of people at different levels.
5、Good command of English and Mandarin.
6、Previous supervisory experience preferred
7、Projects a professional image,inspires trust and confidence in others.
8、Capable of quickly establishing positive relationships with people.
[b]Objective[/b]:Though the right channel to hire the right person in a very short time.
1.Develops and implements staffing strategies for the PRC.
2.Provides hands-on sourcing, recruitment and team building.
3.Interview candidates and recommend the potential candidates.
4.Ensures a well-defined process is in place in order to maintain hiring of targeted staff with prompt execution.
