Retained or contingent?
大家做的客户都是那种类型的啊？如果可以选，更喜欢做哪种呢？

很多应该是2种都做，如果能够retained的话一般就选择retained。 但如果客户势力太强，你有不舍得放弃，那么只能退一步了。
