JOB DUTIES
-To collect & understand the hiring requirements from clients, source and interview candidates as well as match them to assignments;
-To be a single contributor and/or lead a small team of consultant;
-To deliver outstanding quality services to both clients and candidates alike, take responsibility for both meeting the needs of clients as well as providing candidates with career development opportunities
[b]QUALIFICATION [/b]
-Candidates should preferably come from recruitment firms, IT sector or HR background
-Team leader experience preferred;
-Enjoy working in a result-oriented environment, be driven by exceeding targets and willing to have a proactive, forward thinking approach;
-A good common sense to set priorities, strong project management and execution skills with the ability to manage assignments from start to finish;
-A high level of personal integrity and business ethics;
-Must be able to communicate in Mandarin and English;
-To be able or have the potential to lead a team of local consultants;
-Willing to station in China
