1.负责公司招聘渠道的建立和完善；
2.了解各用人部门的需求，协助制订人才招募计划；
3.安排人才招聘，测试，和其他相关事宜；
4.完成人力资源经理安排的其他工作。
入职要求：
1.本科以上学历，3年以上在IT行业从事人才招聘，选拔的工作经验；
2.熟悉各类型的招聘方法和渠道；
3.出色的沟通能力和积极的工作心态。
