世格流体控制（上海）有限公司（ASCO VALVE (SHANGHAI) CO. LTD.）是一家由艾默生电气（中国）投资有限公司投资的全资子公司，专注于生产各式各样ASCO品牌的工业用电磁阀及气动阀，包括除尘阀、加油机阀、2位2通阀、2位3通阀、不锈钢角座阀。

[b]Knowledge & Skill[/b]:
- Excellent communication skills both in written and oral English
- Bachelor degree or above
- Excellent Team work spirit and self-initiative
- With at least 2 years experience focusing on recruitment in a well known multinational company.

[b]Responsibilities[/b]:
-Understand clearly the job specification for each vacant position.
-Performs recruitment and selection process. Shortlists candidates and co-ordinates interviews with HR Manager and Line Managers.
-Able to identify potential candidates with right skills.
-Take part in the meeting with other line managers to understand their staffing needs and timeline.
