[b]Responsibilities[/b]:
- Support the China units in reaching the corporate requirements in terms of staffing aspect.
- Source the appropriate staffing solution vendors for China units.
- Apply the possible corporate practices in DCL shared service unit to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process.
- Conduct the recruitment tasks for the business/units as requested.
- Manage business stakeholders and perception issues.
- Serve as interface for Business Group line HR: Business influence when needed/ requested by internal staffing partners. Interact between staffing and the business. Communicate, prioritize, influence and market Staffing programs and services to the business.
- Escalate and pass-down information.
- Proactively provide recruitment consultancy for line managers.
- Participate in developing and reviewing China recruitment policies and processes.
- Source the most effective/efficient staffing solution vendors as to improve the recruitment process.
- Support the corporate recruitment activities locally, e.g. Business Course.
- Execute the defined SHE and Quality policies.
- Comply with HR policies and guidelines.
[b]Requirements[/b]:
- University graduates, major of psychology or human resource are a plus.
- Years working experience in HRM and at least 3 years working experience in recruitment function.
- Good interpersonal skills good at communicating, judgment, planning and organizing.
- Have good communication skills and the ability to communicate in English at an international level, face to face and by telephone and e-mail.
- Be able to divide and control his/her attention to the different projects that are being dealt with.
- The labor market for certain areas is intensively competitive. To fulfill the recruitment cases in terms of quality of people, delivery speed etc. sometimes is challenging.
