[b]Key Responsibilities[/b]:
·Professionally manage the recruitment function to continuously improve the quality of staff, to meet the recruitment requirements through innovative and cost effective manner.
·To identify and implement effective sourcing strategies/ channel such as advertisement, job web site and search firm to achieve hiring objectives
·To ensure that employee selections and appointments are carried out in a structured and systematic approach to meet HR policy and managed in a cost effective way to meet time requirement.
·Plan and coordinate recruitment events (campus talk, job fair etc), lead location level recruitment projects
·Advise management team on recruitment guideline, offering proposal
·Track and report hiring statistics
[b]Requirement[/b]:
·Bachelor degree or above with major in IT or management related
·5 years experience in HR related field of which 2 years specializing in recruitment
·Recruitment experience in multinational company in IT industry is preferred
·Good command of Mandarin and English (oral & written)
·Good communication and interpersonal skills
·Strong PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
·Able to work efficiently with senior business leader
·Mature, independent and strong sense of responsibility
·Preferably with prior experience in an executive search firm
·Dynamic and resourceful
