[b]职位描述[/b]：
[b]Main Responsibilities[/b]:
•Work out short-term and mid-term headcount forecast with hiring manager
•Make out resource plan and analyze cost and efficiency
•Update job profile and competency requirements
•Conduct assessment and interview to the candidates
•Handle other ad hoc project as assigned

[b]Basic Requirements [/b]
•Bachelor degree or above, major in HR or relevant discipline
•At least 3 years' related experience in multinational company, perfer in the manufacturing factory
•Team player and self-motivator
•Good communication and presentation skills.
•Fluent in English, and Mandarin
