[b]职位描述[/b]：
[b]JOB DESCRIPTION[/b]:
- Identify and implement new sourcing strategies to achieve staffing objectives.
- Work with Headquarters for China campus recruitment.
- Establish networks and contacts to generate candidate flow through employee referrals, direct calling into competitor companies, group research, news groups and the use of Internet resources.
- Key coordinator for all recruiting related activities in Shenzhen and other offices of China, such as
Work with hiring managers to write job descriptions and post requisitions.
Review presorted resumes, screen and present appropriate candidates to hiring managers for review.
Help focus interview teams, interview candidates, help sell candidates and answer HR related questions.
Gather and maintain candidate feedback to facilitate the hiring decision.
Maintain close candidate communication and follow-up.
Work with hiring managers on offers and coordinate the offer process.
Maintain and communicate divisional staffing statistics and provide status reports.
Help assimilate new hires for the first 90 days beyond new hire orientation.
- Other HR assignments as required

[b]MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS[/b]:
- 5 years working experience in recruitment, preferably in hi-tech business / industry.
- Bachelor degree holder in HR or relevant education background.
- Excellent communication skill and fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Willing to travel when necessary.
- Can do attitude
