[b]职位描述[/b]：
[b]岗位职责[/b]：
1、负责公司招聘体系的规范和维护，修订和完善招聘管理制度、招聘流程；
2、负责公司招聘需求信息的收集、分析、整理，制定招聘策略，组织招聘工作的具体实施；
3、负责招聘渠道的开发及维护，并对各招聘渠道进行评估、分析；
4、负责设计职位体系，完善职位分析书；
5、负责公司人才库建设；
6、负责建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制；

[b]岗位要求[/b]：
1、人力资源管理、劳动经济等相关专业,本科及以上学历，年龄35岁以下；
2、1年以上独立从事招聘岗位工作；
3、熟悉招聘流程和招聘技术，熟悉国家相关政策法规，熟悉各种招聘渠道，熟练运用招聘工具，熟练掌握面试、笔试等相关评价技术和技巧；
4、具备良好的语言表达能力、应变能力、亲和力、组织协调能力、思维分析能力；
5、具有良好的职业素养和工作作风、工作认真、敬业、团队合作精神；
6、良好的英语听说读写能力；
7、熟练使用各类办公软件。
