英国卓越亚洲有限公司总部位于伦敦，是一家专门提供亚洲语言翻译，进行信息和软件本地化服务的公司，在东亚和欧美开展业务，主要为客户提供中、日、韩、以及东南亚国家等语种的翻译和客户化的系统解决方案。
[b]Key responsibilities will include[/b]:
Develop strategy to reach potential suppliers across the Asia-Pacific region and worldwide
Work with Language Leads in London and Beijing to maintain an understanding of current and projected needs, and ensure that recruitment activities produce a satisfactory pipeline of new translators to meet these needs
Run multiple ad campaigns to widen awareness of Asian Absolute among freelance translators and generate applications
Respond to all applications in a professional and timely manner
Assess suitability of applicants against agreed criteria and select the strongest candidates for further assessment
Negotiate pricing with individual translators
Arrange translation tests for shortlisted candidates and liaise with reviewers in Asian Absolute's London and Beijing offices
Add approved translators to the suppliers database and keep project managers informed to ensure that the best translators become regular suppliers
Maintain integrity of database
[b]Requirements[/b]:
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Excellent, professional English written skills
Ability to negotiate hard while maintaining a friendly, welcoming image
Understanding of the localisation industry (preferred)
Translation and editing experience (preferred)
Quality focused with a keen eye for detail
Excellent time management skills
Enthusiastic team player
Ability to learn new skills and software applications quickly
