Customer service----operator
Qualification
1. College graduates or above;
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
3. Good command of English both in oral and written;
4. Basic knowledge of computer operation;
5. Good PC operation skill.
Requirement:
1. Responsible for providing qualified and professional tracking and tracing services to area customers, stations, agents and network, associate and resolve service problems in order to maintain and achieve the set performance standard of the company
2. Good at English (CET 4 or above), fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and oral English
3. Excellent communication skills and psychological quality
4. At least 1 year working experience in services is preferable



Sales representative----sales manager
Requirements:
Above college graduates;
.Two-year or above selling experience, experience in express is top-priority;
. Good command of both written and spoken English,
. Skillful at operating PC;
.Good ability to communicate and analyze;
.Strong ability to work independently in new environment;
.Work well under pressure;
. In spirit of development and creation;
. Strong and healthy.

Responsibilities:  
1. Manage a portfolio of customers and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face-to-face contact to provide a personal service, and employing a consultative selling approach when appropriate.
2. Develop a customer call cycle to ensure that customers are visited in a systematic and methodical manner, and ensure that effective call objectives exist for each visit.
3. Build a strong client relationship to ensure that each account performs to its maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.
4. Act as the customers’ main point of contact, by liaising closely with the relevant departments within Antron to ensure that their queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately.




Controller for outdoor staff
Requirement
1.University graduate or above
2. with min. 2 years working experiences at managerial level
3.Solid working experience in express companies or related area
4.Good command of written and spoken English
5.Good management and leadership skills
6.Independent and aggressive
7.Willing to work under pressure
8.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
9.Hands-on PC skills
Responsibilities
1.        Report to General Manager
2.        Monitoring day to day Operation of outdoor staff
3.        Business Development
4.        Prepare analyze report in a certain time
5.        Develop second-line support in all critical areas
6.        Ensure that all major risks are identified, documented and appropriately dealt with.
