[b]职位描述：[/b]
Responsibilities:
-Be fully responsible for Guangzhou operations and maintain regular contact with Singapore and Shanghai office.
-Develop and execute business development and marketing plan to achieve sales and profit target. Lead the sales activity of the branch to acquire new business and grow key accounts.
-Ensure efficient quality service for the clients and candidates by applying the company's customer service policy and standard procedures.
- Assist the team members in job analysis, conducting research, formulating search strategies to shortlist qualified candidates for clients.
[b]Requirements: [/b]
-At least 5 years working experience in Executive Search as a team leader capacity.
-Working experience in Guangzhou and be very familiar with the local business environment.
-Strong leadership qualities with min 5 years of management experience.
-Result-oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
-Proficiency in spoken and written English.
-Individuals with overseas exposure and age above 35 are welcome to apply
