[b]职位描述[/b]：
- College or university above, major in Human Resource and business related areas and good at English reading, writing and conversation.
- 2 years above for call center recruiting working experience, and equip with agent recruiting capability for special industry skill and capability requirement (e.g. IT skill, language skills in English, Japanese, Korean, Cantonese and other dialects.)
- Familar with recruiting process, recruiting channel resources management, and recruiting activities to support talent hiring.
- Sensitive to the talent market trend, and proactively take action to catch the opportunity and manage risk of talent recruiting.
- Please provide the salary expectation, and no limitation on non Shanghai residence.
