Close communication with the clients to complete the assignment;
Develop and manage client relationship;
Identify target companies & candidates based on clients' job profile;
Candidate interview and submit the report to client;
Control the consulting service process quality;
Train the Researchers and groom them to provide qualified candidates;

[b]REQUIREMENTS: [/b]
Minimum 2 years working experience as a consultant in IT field
Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills;
Good command of English, both spoken and written, excellent Mandarin Chinese language skills required;
Bachelor's degree
