[b]职位描述：[/b]
Manage the recruiting process to meeting the staffing needs of the call center and function department. Positions to be hired include agents/call center management staff/inside sales/IT engineers.
Job Responsibilities:
Draft job descriptions and develop interview guild for the positions to be hired
Develop and manage the recruitment channels to source and maintain sufficient candidate pool
Organize and participate in candidates interview to identify suitable candidates;
Arrange further interview for operations staff with the candidates;
Confirm job offer with candidates and follow up with on board details
Prepare recruiting reports including candidates interview assessment report, candidate profiles sourcing report, and hiring cost reports.

[b]Requirement: [/b]
College degree or above;
At least 5 years hiring experience required for recruiting manager, or 3 years experience for recruiting supervisor, preferable multinational companies' experience;
Solid experience and expertise in recruitment and selection,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good written and spoken English is a must
Call Center, Customer Service or IT industry experience preferred.
