[b]Responsibilities[/b]:
1.Develop and execute recruitment action plans and work closely with Head Office recruiting team to ensure Beijing Branch manpower development need is met
2.Develop candidate selection measurements
3.Take initiatives to communicate with the business units to maintain and improve the recruiting progress and quality
4.Develop and maintain liaison with external providers of recruitment service to achieve best deals and project a professional image on the Bank’s recruitment strategy
5.Facilitate internal secondment and transfer arrangements
6.Performs other duties as assigned by HR manager
[b]Requirements[/b]:
1.Bachelor degree with major in HR Management or relevant
2.3+ years relevant experience in MNC, prvious recruitng experience or insurance industry background is a preferable
3.must be a self-starter,able to work independently and team player
4.Fluent written and spoken English skills required, strong PC skills
