Atoz Procedure of Headhunting Services

A necessary meeting with the related managers to understand the operation and the recruiting objectives.

Specifying a detailed position qualification and job requirement of candidate and target salary range to facilitate our sourcing and matching of candidates.

Researching into target industries and companies who are initially competitors in the markets and then the related companies.

Identifying the prospective candidates.

In-depth interviewing and selecting candidates.

Presenting work reports and a short list of candidates to clients with confidentiality.

Advisory service includes: problem solving and offers negotiation.

Final decision or comment from clients will be informed clearly.

Reference check upon the request of the clients with additional fee.

Acceptance of offer by candidates.

Follow up service in the following 3 months.

Atoz service period

Generally, we estimate a recruiting assignment will take 1-3 months to complete after the confirmation. The time schedule is as follows:

Researching and prospecting: 3-4 weeks

Interviewing and reporting by ATOZ: 1-2 weeks

Interviewing and reviewing by Clients: 2-4 weeks

Negotiation and confirmation: 1-2 weeks

Atoz Service Fee and Payment

The service fee is: 1/3 annual gross income (before tax) which is defined as" basic salary + cash allowance + bonus ". The service fee should be paid within the first 7 days of the candidate's probation, which is treated as 3 months.

The additional fee of telecommunication, interview, transportation and reference checking will be separately charged to clients.

Atoz undertakes search assignments on a retainer basis. The down payment is requested at the commencement of an assignment. This enables us to commit resources and effort in providing good service to clients, and on the other hand, clients can rely on our commitment to achieve ultimate objective.

All payments will be remit to ATOZ CONSULTING LTD" against invoice.
