HR Supervisor – Recruiting & Training
Principal Responsibilities
Develop company wide management and professional training system/policy/procedures as well as set up annual training programs/schedules for all functions and levels based on talents development and business growth needs;
Work closely with department heads to identifies professional/management training needs based on company business strategy;
Provide more effective training courses by external searching, internal tracking training results, evaluating program effectiveness, recording training details, and analysis;
Responsible for delivering basic training and develop internal trainers, coordinate training implementation and process;
Responsible for annual company training budget process;
Responsible for designing employee development roadmap aligned with succession plan;
Assist in conducting annual performance review;
Coordinate the recruitment administration, including filing Employee Requisition, draft advertisement, interview arrangement, resume screening & interview the candidates if requested;
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Manager;
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements
Organization skills necessary to manage multiple assignments and priorities.
Sound knowledge of training measurements to evaluate training effectiveness.
Good written and verbal English communication skill and presentation skill.
Requires judgment skills and creativity to develop appropriate training programs.
Very proactive, innovative, team-player, analytical-minded.
Computer skills, including MS Office, PowerPoint etc.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business, Human Resources Management, related field or equivalent experience.
Min 3 years experience in Business environment, preferably Human Resources.
Experience as a trainer, certified trainer by international training firm is a plus

HR Supervisor– C&B
Principal Responsibilities
Responsible for on-time and accurate payroll administration;
Contact with HR service vendors about statutory insurance administration and other commercial insurance, personnel file management and etc;
Responsible to attend the yearly C&B survey, update the regional salary structure by using survey data to ensure our competitiveness in the labor market;
Involve in various bonus program and yearly merit increase guideline design and update;
Involve in Compensation & Benefits budgeting and control;
Update Employee handbook and integrity policies to ensure that the latest China law and ethical standards are being met in all areas;
Record and track data relevant to the program or project. Develop reports as required;
Serve as a resource to internal customers to solve problems related to one or more functional HR areas;
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements
Organization skills necessary to manage multiple assignments and priorities.
Good written and verbal communication skills to deal with diverse groups of people.
Basic knowledge of the human resources function and a specific function(s) within HR.
Computer skills, including MS Office, PowerPoint etc.
Ability to conceptualize capture, sort and report data.
Bachelor’s Degree in business, Human Resources Management, related field or equivalent experience.
3 years experience in Business environment, preferably Human Resources
