-Candidates hired by the firm will be involved in depth in FDI, M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions.
Job Requirements:
- LLB/LLM from top Chinese law schools, a foreign law degree will be a plus but not required.
- 2 to 3 years experience as a legal assistant/consultant/PRC lawyer in a foreign law firm or a reputable local law firm is a must.
- Strong research skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of English proficiency and native Mandarin speaker.
- Diligent and team player.
- Good organizational skills, self starter.
- Basic computer skills.
