PCR - was I asking too much?
Hi Fellow PCR Users! Ok, let me start by saying I am only a one month user so far so I am still getting used to the system but the main reason I purchased it was because we are a super small shop that does all perm. I did SEVERAL DEMO's (you name it I did it). Past ATS included, Cbiz, Prohire, Big Biller by Top Echelon and I am just praying this is my last stop. Now, here are my issues that I couldn't believe I had to deal with when it came to a system of this caliber. I am on the web version and have to web based mail. Now I have submitted these in tickets to PCR. I haven't heard anything back but what do you all think. Am I looking for too much b/c the other systems did do these basic things for much cheaper.

& [ L1 b6 @0 c9 i5 o4) It is very cumbersome and hard to figure out what is meant by certain terminology ie. the Status field in Name Record doesn't coordinate with other areas.4 B/ r8 ]- l: ~7 d
5) The STATUS choices for a name record drive me CRAZY!!! What if I have a fellow recruiter from another company in my database or vendor contacts. What in the world do I put them as? UNAVAILABLE. This should be customizable but it's not. Unless you memorize everyone in your database, how are you able to look someone up? Which brings me to those tedious roll up lists!!! z8 W! ^' j! o' Y6 I5 Q
6) Also, when you receive an email w/ a resume, I can't believe you can't add the cell number or have the option to create a company record.% A# X7 x* G5 U& x
6 P' D6 ]+ k s5 dPlease share your thoughts on this. I raved about this when I first got it b/c I really didn't know what I missed. I acutally sold another counterpart on this. I still like the system a lot but it is in hopes they get this together.
